About the CompanyThe company is a fast-growing global education tech company providing MATH Enrichment for K12-Education on Math Olympiad, Gifted Programme as well as Singapore MOE Syllabus.The operation is run by smart technologies as classes are conducted via live video broadcast using their inhouse system. (No physical class).The role comprises of : -1. Support the Master Teacher in Math Coaching for Kindergarten to Primary level students (no need to be super good at math, as training will be provided)2. Provide Customer service to support parents on all enquiries and following up on kids learning progress3. Provide Consultative sales to parents to promote the suitable classes for their kidsWorking hours Official working days Tue to Sun 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday is rest day). Tue to Friday on-Site at Novena office Sat and Sun work from home Weekends you only need to work from home and only on the hours you have class or admin work. Need not be full day.Suitable candidates Able to coach Pre-school to P6 on math (you will be only assigned to a level that you are comfortable with) Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with HQ and Chinese speaking clients Strong in customer service and problem solving Passionate about the education industry Thrive in startup environment
