Job Description

Responsibilities:



Collaborate with Management to assess the organisation's training and development needs Design and develop the organisation's competency framework Identify and develop suitable technologies and methodologies to enhance training, coaching and assessment programmes Evaluate effectiveness of training, coaching and assessment programmes Create training content that relate directly to the learning objectives Coordinate the piloting of new training initiatives with relevant stakeholders Coordinate competency assessments contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and activities Conduct relevant value-added training programmes when required. Develop and implement on-the-job training initiatives Facilitate recruitment for integral roles within organisation to ensure smooth talent pipeline and succession planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the learning and development field Any other L&D duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:



A Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas, Engineering industry is preferred Candidates who possess ACTA certification will be at an advantage Excellent staff, trainer & assessor development management skills Digital literacy, interpersonal & project management skills A team player and a problem solver Familiar with relevant skillsets training programs & LSP

5 working days, Mon to Fri (8.00am to 5.30pm) * 2 ways transportation provided @ Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT station
