SummaryA highly matured and independent individual responsible for course administration in PwC\xe2\x80\x99s Learning & Development (L&D) team, to ensure that L&D courses are rolled-out as planned. This individual will work cohesively with other members of the L&D team, as well as internal stakeholders to support the delivery of L&D courses, and is required to display strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Additionally, this individual will:Support the roll-out of L&D courses and learning initiativesAdminister course registration and enrollment processMonitor status of training completion and follow upAssist in the preparation of training reportsProviding technical support associated with online coursesAttend to any other-training related administrative and logistics mattersAssist and participate in L&D ad hoc projectsAbout youA diploma holder with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative workFresh graduates with some experience in L&D internships are welcome to applyGood interpersonal, time management & project management skillsMeticulous, self-motivated, organized and able to follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlinesProficient with using formulas in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (including the use of formulas such as PIVOT tables, Vlookup or Index Match)Experience with using learning management system, digital applications and system like Webex, MS Teams and Google applications will be preferredA critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and writing skillsA team player with a high level of agilityEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
