``The Opportunity

• My client, a leader in the Beauty industry has an exciting opportunity, to hire a passionate L&D Executive to join the Travel Retail team.
• Dynamic & supportive work environment
• Location: Central - Hybrid Work Arrangements!
• Monday - Friday
• Salary: Up to $3800
• One Year Contract (renewable/ convertible subjected to performance)
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided!

The Talent:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
• Entrepreneurial. Every single day, you spot opportunities to shake things up and change the world for the better.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Support in content creation, E-modules translation & upload
• Upload of weekly content, positing etc. on internal platform.
• Generate dashboard, statistics, learning performance reports.
• Liaise with Retail & Education Manager and team to align private learning club visuals into contents.
• Work closely with retail & education colleagues on coordination of training department activities and information preparation
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination of training activities of field personnel.
• Manage and deliver training activities, co-develop, or adapt training contents align with retail and education objectives.
• Support vendor sourcing, quotation preparation, and coordinate all related arrangements.
• Create all POs for the event on the system, follow through the whole payment process with vendor/ finance.
• Update budget file per Purchase Order creation to maintain up-todate spending vs budget.
• Liaise with vendors and work closely with commercial and Retail & Education teams to support on-time activities & events.
• Support data collection and provide monthly data/reports.
