Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Talent Management& Capability Development and/or the manager responsible for IHiS Academy and learning operations, this is an essential role that enables the efficient and effective execution of all lear Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Talent Management& Capability Development and/or the manager responsible for IHiS Academy and learning operations, this is an essential role that enables the efficient and effective execution of all learning related matters. The incumbent is required to work with the Learning & Talent Business partnerships and HR Business Partners to drive, support and facilitate various transformative corporate learnings, across the organization to build sustainable health tech capabilities thus enabling a high performing, agile and future ready organization. The person is also expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within and outside IHiS and with diverse stakeholders across the Singapore Public Healthcare sector. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the administration of our enterprise learning efforts and to ensure the smooth day to day learning operations in the following areas: Manage the annual learning calendar andmonitor all internal and external learning registrations Provide first line advise to staff and business units in matters pertaining to learning policy, e-learning portals, application and processes Support the promotions and communications of all learning opportunities Partner internal and external trainers in the set-up and launch of all learning interventions (in person or virtual) ie. logistic, materials and venue arrangements Monitor program feedback, success indicators and utilization of training budget to enable accurate and timely management reporting Reviews efficiency and effectiveness in the daily operations and existing processes on a regular basis to ensure processes are kept relevant to the current operating environment Qualifications/ Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree preferably majoring in Human Resources. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in managing learning projects, promoting learning programs and administration Advanced proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar reporting tools, PowerPoint and comfortable working with large data sets Familiar with Success Factor Learning module would be an advantage Have a growth mind-set, pro-active, collaborative, able to multi-task and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with good follow-through and attention to details
