Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for creation and execution of retail training program, which includes product knowledge and customer service
  • Ensure that training schedules are executed as planned while catering to business needs
  • Assess training effectiveness and take follow-up actions where necessary
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify future and current learning and development needs
  • Plan annual learning and development programmes for our retail division
  • Prepare training content
  • Conduct store visits to ensure in-store training are being followed through
  • Provide ongoing coaching to retail operations team to improve the sales and operational competencies
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant training experience in a retail environment
  • Passionate about retail
  • Experience in jewellery sector is an advantage
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High level of sales and customer service attitude
  • Driven with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
