Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creation and execution of retail training program, which includes product knowledge and customer service
- Ensure that training schedules are executed as planned while catering to business needs
- Assess training effectiveness and take follow-up actions where necessary
- Conduct gap analysis and identify future and current learning and development needs
- Plan annual learning and development programmes for our retail division
- Prepare training content
- Conduct store visits to ensure in-store training are being followed through
- Provide ongoing coaching to retail operations team to improve the sales and operational competencies
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant training experience in a retail environment
- Passionate about retail
- Experience in jewellery sector is an advantage
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High level of sales and customer service attitude
- Driven with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
