What you will be working on:

  • Cultivate meaningful relationship with key stakeholders to identify organisational learning needs to design, develop, and implement targeted capability building initiatives to support the organisation\'s purpose under the CPF Board Academy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the Board\'s on-boarding programme, and curriculum under the School of Corporate Development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and develop learning interventions for classroom and online delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and implement competency-based training frameworks through partnering with various business units to develop learning pathways for staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate and prepare comprehensive learning analytics for departments and management, enabling informed decision-making in the planning and refinement of training strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of learning development policies and operational processes, and training programmes/curriculum aiming to optimize the overall efficacy.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 4 of relevant work experience in Learning and Development (L&D) managing all facets of a typical learning cycle (Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery and Evaluation) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with the operational workflow of L&D processes, with a deep understanding of how these operations shape the formulation of L&D policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in stand-up facilitation experience and strong analytical, written/verbal communication and project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated enthusiasm or proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI would be advantangeous \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified in ACTA qualifications or equivalent. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
