We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

The Talent
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
4 years or more experience in Learning & Development.
Demonstrable success in managing change associated with large organizations undergoing fundamental and widespread change to organization, processes, technology and culture.
Experience in employee engagement initiatives and post-survey action planning partnership with business leaders.
Good to have: Experience in 360 Leadership initiatives and action planning to drive improvements in partnership with key stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong Project Management skills.

The Job
Nurture and build the organization\'s valued behaviours and culture through corporate training and strengthen engagement through deployment of relevant corporate programmes with managers and staff.
Design, develop and conduct stand-up delivery of L&D programmes, facilitate townhall sessions and orientation.
Create new learning & development programmes that align to business needs and drive business results and outcomes, through the outcomes from the Learning Needs Analysis.
Evaluate and work with training vendors where needed on training programmes based on organization and employee\'s needs.
Collaborate and work with HR, business stakeholders and regional L&D team on projects that build up the organizational capabilities especially in functional and leadership skill development. Participate in organization development projects.
Leverage Learning Management System (LMS) for KPI tracking & Reporting.
Prepare training reports when required by HQ and Regional HQ and use the training reports to drive L&D outcomes for the business.
Manage projects within budget and other measures, including employee surveys and focus group meetings.
Act as an internal change agent to play a role in energizing, activating and enabling the different stakeholders involved in the change process.
Build a desired culture through the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in other Human Resource functional activities when necessary.
