We also curate and develop a range of NCS owned content for self-paced learning.Our NCS Dojo team is growing to meet the growth and learning needs of the organisation in Singapore and regionally.NCS headquartered in Singapore, is a member of the Singtel Group and a leading IT professional service organization in the APAC region, advancing communities through partnering with governments and enterprises, bringing people together to make the extraordinary happen.What you\'ll do:Collaborating with Dojo Programme Managers, you will assist in executing learning operations to deliver an outstanding learning experience for course participants. Activities will include:Procurement

  • Onboard vendors into NCS procurement system
  • Obtain approvals and issue purchase orders
  • Check and verify invoices through automated processing system
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to finalize vendor contracts
  • Manage asset such as software licenses, etc
Programme Delivery
  • Coordinate the compilation of Dojo course schedules in collaboration with Programme Managers
  • Room bookings at NCS Hub (including three training rooms)
  • Organise food and refreshments
  • Liaise with NCS Hub Facility Management to ensure daily operational readiness and classroom setup
  • Source and book external learning venues, primarily in hotels, and manage on-site logistics
Budgets and Reporting
  • Monitor expenses to ensure Dojo stays within approved budget
  • Monitor and report on usage of learning assets, e.g. Zoom, Mentimeter, Adobe, SuccessFactors, etc.
Dojo Offshore Operations Team in Chengdu, China
  • Supervise two colleagues responsible for invoice processing and respond to helpdesk queries
  • Improve existing processes and create new processes to transfer suitable operational tasks from Singapore.

What education and experience you have
  • Degree or Diploma, and IHRP certification is preferred
  • About 5 to 7 years working experience
  • Experience working in IT and/or professional services industries will be a plus
  • Having prior experience in learning operations will be advantageous
