Established for over a decade, they have a deep understanding of modern lifestyle living that led to their business succession over the years, where they have taken their business into the wider Asia region.About the roleYou will be responsible for designing and curating training programs that cater to the specific target audience within the organization. This includes collaborating with your leadership team to identify areas for improvement, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies that enhance overall workforce capabilities. Leadership development will also be a key focus, with efforts directed towards shaping both current and future leaders within the organization and its outlets.You will also be the main contact point in managing relationships with external partners, such as training vendors and government agencies, to ensure top-notch learning and development services are provided. Developing and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs will also be another area of focus. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Operations Department to ensure smooth, compliant, and effective processes.Support for franchise expansion is also a priority, providing the necessary training to uphold consistent standards across new markets. Beyond these core responsibilities, the role includes taking on various projects as needed to continuously adapt and evolve the company\'s learning and development landscape.What we\'d like to see in youThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, along with ACTA/ACLP certification. Proven experience in learning and organizational development, preferably within a retail setting, is essential. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a willingness to travel when needed.
