to join our team as

Learning Project Quality Check Associates

.

In this role, you will ensure instructional and academic quality across our job simulation projects by reviewing student submissions, assessing instructor feedback, and upholding JM's educational standards.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background and experience in education, mentoring, or quality review who wish to contribute to impactful, project-based learning for youth.

RESPONSIBILITES

Review and grade student submissions weekly using established JM rubrics.

Evaluate instructor feedback to ensure alignment with JM's quality standards and educational objectives.

Verify instructor adherence to content guides and learning frameworks.

Identify and report irregularities such as inconsistent scoring, missing learning objectives, or ineffective feedback.

Summarize findings and provide structured feedback reports to instructors.

Participate in monthly calibration sessions led by the JM Curriculum Director to ensure assessment consistency.

Collaborate with the JM team to enhance evaluation rubrics and quality assurance processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Media, Communication & Journalism, Arts & Design

, or a closely related field. Young academics or researchers (post-grad interns) with strong academic records or graduate teaching assistants (from universities) are welcome. Experience in education, mentoring, academic grading, or instructional content review. Strong understanding of academic assessment and quality assurance principles. Familiarity with case-based or project-based learning (e.g., Harvard/Ivey case analysis) is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to provide balanced, constructive feedback. Passion for education, youth development, and maintaining instructional excellence.
