Scope of Work

\xc2\xb7 This position is responsible for the learning and development of the Client\'s staff, retailers and their staff across the Mobility business in Singapore. This includes the planning, delivery and administration of learning programs and solutions to this key audience across a variety of platforms and media, in line with business priorities and learning needs.

\xc2\xb7 Creates, aligns and delivers a Learning plan for the target audience to enable delivery of business priorities and overall capability development of the audience.

\xc2\xb7 Runs a thorough learning needs assessment to diagnose performance, skills and knowledge gap in line with business stakeholder expectations and learner profiles

\xc2\xb7 Ensures timely and accurate delivery of learning interventions against the agreed Learning plan; reviews progress and impact regularly with key stakeholders and actions feedback; Measures and improves learning impact against agreed expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitates learning programs across a variety of media and platforms - including face to face workshops, e-learnings, webinars, digital/mobile platforms amongst others.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business and learner needs; is able to localize global learning material and curate learning solutions as per local business relevance.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborates across the Shell learning community, Internal subject matter experts and/or external to achieve defined learning goals and objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Develops, demonstrates and deploys a strong understanding of the Mobility Singapore business; coaches and develops \xe2\x80\x9cRetailers\xe2\x80\x9d and their staff to embed the learning agenda.

\xc2\xb7 May be required to partner and support the Mobility business in delivery of key projects and other facilitation needs from time-to-time.

\xc2\xb7 Deploys relevant evaluation methods for learning content, delivery and outcomes; revise or recommend changes.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains knowledge of new methods and learning techniques and deploys them as and when required - especially in digital learning.

\xc2\xb7 Keeps learning records and related learning management systems up-to-date and accurate.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains learning budget and resource requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate degree in business - and/or qualifications in HR/Training/ L&D (e.g ACTA/ACLP).

\xc2\xb7 Experience in L&D, especially in retailing, service or customer-facing industries or digital learning is a plus / Where work experience may not exist such as recent graduates, project-work in similar subjects or business performance/consulting/development is required.

\xc2\xb7 Fast learner, willing and able to grasp in-depth knowledge of the Mobility business and work across a variety of stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Ability to moderate large groups and facilitate classroom, virtual and practical learning sessions.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; digital learning software is a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work outside office location
