Design and develop tailored and standard learning programmes that align with client needs, including training slides, learner/facilitator guides, and assessment plans.
Facilitate training sessions for clients, ensuring quality delivery in line with Academy standards.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to prepare facilitators for programme delivery.
Review and refine programmes based on feedback, evaluation scores, industry trends, and policy updates.
Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements to recommend suitable learning solutions.
Conduct learning needs analyses using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
Develop customised programme proposals and support client presentations and business development efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or Learning & Development.
WSQ certifications:
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
or
ACTA
Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
or
DACE
At least 5 years of experience in L&D, curriculum design, and training delivery.
Strong instructional design capabilities, especially for client-facing or revenue-generating programmes.
Proven experience in designing training focused on service and operational excellence, ideally within financial services or operational sectors, with a solid grasp of industry processes and regulatory requirements.
