Mission (About the Role)

You will join the regional Talent and Learning Team to facilitate the deployment of Sales, Business Growth and Leadership development interventions in the East Asia Region.

• You will experience the end-to-end learning process from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation and undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities.

Location: Kallang

What will you do?

• Translate Learning Needs Assessment into a Regional Development Plan
• Develop Learning Interventions to meet the Learning Needs of the Region
• Organize and Facilitate Learning Interventions
• Analyze the Progress of the Learning Interventions
• Creatively Propose New Ways of Measuring Learning Progress and Effectiveness
• Leverage digital tools and inject new ways of Learnings

What qualifications will make you successful?

• 1. Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills/Systems
• 2. Knowledge:

• Must have: Excel; Powerpoint, Strong Communication Skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written
• Good to have: Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon, Miro, Mentimeter
