Responsibilities

This position reports to the Manager, Learning & Service Quality.


Review and clean up existing PowerPoint decks (layout, consistency, visuals). Prepare concise scripts for voice-over narration based on slide content. Use available AI voice-over applications to record narration in English. Generate translated versions of narration (using provided or accessible tools). Sync narration with slides and export as training videos. Convert final content into SCORM-compliant packages for Learning Management System (LMS) use.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in English language (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (design, formatting, visual clarity). Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, iSpring, Captivate) or similar. Familiarity with AI voice-over applications and basic video editing. Knowledge of SCORM packaging and LMS requirements (preferred, not mandatory if willing to learn). Attention to detail and ability to work independently on tight timelines. Pleasant & well-groomed individual, with strong business etiquette. * Proficiency and experience in multimedia is an advantage.
