Job Description

The Lease Admin Officer is responsible for the effective and consistent implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations, and statutory requirements in support of the company's objectives. He or She shall also be responsible for the supervision of maintenance personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities, and equipment in accordance with Company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management or any equivalent
*At least 1 year of related working experience
*Ability to communicate well both in written and verbal
*Ability to Multitask and prioritize daily workload
*Proficient in MS Applications
