Client Relationships
: Build, grow, and maintain relationships with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), OTTs, telcos, and top-tier colocation tenants.
Deal Execution
: Lead lease negotiations from LOI through contract execution, structuring commercial terms aligned with investment objectives.
Market Coverage
: Provide real-time insights on tenant demand, absorption trends, and rental benchmarks across key metros.
Coordination
: Work closely with asset managers, operators, developers, and brokers to drive leasing outcomes and ensure alignment on technical and delivery timelines.
Portfolio Support
: Advise on pre-leasing strategies for new developments and expansions across APAC.
Reporting
: Maintain a pipeline tracker, provide regular updates to senior management, and contribute to leasing forecasts and financial models.
Candidate Profile
8-12 years of experience in
data center leasing
, corporate real estate, or cloud infrastructure sales.
Demonstrated success securing
hyperscale or large enterprise tenants
in the data center industry.
Strong regional network within
cloud providers, colocation operators, and digital infrastructure investors
.
Excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of DC-specific lease structures.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and regionally.
