Leasi Paralegal (retail)
Job Description
Our client is a global leading Retail company with strong presence in Singapore. They are looking for a Leasing Paralegal to join the Legal team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible in managing all leasing and licensing matters for the business. This includes drafting and reviewing real estate-related agreements, letter of offers, conducting title and land searches. You will also work closely with the Head of Legal in the preparation of commercial letters and agreements, as well as driving digitalisation projects within the team.
Qualifications
You possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Law with at least 3 years of relevant paralegal experience in Real Estate practice within an established law firm. Prior in-house experience will be highly regarded. Equipped with excellent project management skills with a strong prioritisation skills, you have a proven track record in meeting challenging deadlines. You are confident in managing global stakeholders across all levels and functions.
