1. Develop and nurture relationships with agency partners to establish and maintain collaboration channels. Effectively communicate and disseminate information about the available office(work station) spaces, showcasing the unique features and advantages.
2. Meet and greet potential clients visiting the office premises, ensuring a warm and professional reception. Adapt to various client needs and preferences to create a discussions. Convert potential client\'s inquiries into signed agreements.
3. Contract Facilitation: Manage the end-to-end contract process, ensuring that all legal, financial, and operational aspects align with company standards and client requirements. Collaborate with internal legal and finance teams to oversee the contract lifecycle.
4.Client Onboarding and Off-boarding: Oversee the seamless onboarding of clients, ensuring that their transition into the office space is efficient and comfortable. Assist in addressing clients\' needs, coordinating with the administrative and IT departments as necessary. Manage the process of client departures, ensuring a hassle-free exit.
5. Provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office space. This includes responding to inquiries, addressing client concerns, and managing day-to-day office logistics.
Requirements:
1. Professional Experience: Previous experience in co-working or office space leasing is essential.
2. Proven experience in administrative or office management is required to effectively handle the various tasks involved in this role.
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
