. Responsible in lease agreement & renewal such as negotiation of rental fee and GTO . Liaise all the matter related to outlets, assist in new store opening / closure of restaurant . Liaise all the matter related to outlets, assist in new store opening / closure of restaurant with contractor and vendors . Conduct site visits or identify potential outlets . Attend handover and takeover session of the new lease, renewal, or termination lease . Liaise and follow up with the contractor & landlord about the renovation work to ensure complete within the timeline . Handle insurance claim for restaurant . Working closely with the team to create designs of restaurant, menus, and promotions . Understand market and customer and constantly monitor the effectiveness of the company as well as the competitors' promotional activities and to recommend appropriate remedial actions for improvements . Attend SFA inspection and follow up with SFA Officer until the license is approved Requirements . Diploma / Degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience . Meticulous, systematic and organised team player Good interpersonal and communication skills . Strong communications and inter-personal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external customers . Good command of spoken and written English
