Job Description
Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.The candidate will be exposed to lease management, data analysis, managing PowerBI dashboard, as well as assisting in lease admin duties.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesYour duties include the following leasing and analysis functions:
- Assist in lease data extraction and management
- Assist in preparation of power point slides, updating of floor plans, etc
- Assist in lease administration ie. filing, printing, etc. and any other admin duties assigned
