Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial portfolio.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
