Moreover, you will actively engage in consultancy and industry projects, providing students with invaluable real-world insights and experiences. Alongside academic responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in providing pastoral care, offering mentorship to students, and contributing to school/institutional strategic initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.What you will be working on:Responsibilities:

• Conduct lessons, create teaching materials and assessments, and facilitate (face-to-face/online) learning for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) students.
• Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum. This includes review/audit of existing curriculum to make recommendations on areas of improvements that would enhance students\' performance, learning and employability.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and external parties to facilitate industry and consultancy projects.
• Lead and mentor students for competitions, industry projects, internships and overseas learning and community service programmes.
• Handle teaching related administrative work such as preparation of teaching materials and coordination of assessment by the teaching team.
• Provide pastoral care for students.

What we are looking for:Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in one or more of the following areas:

• E-commerce, Supply Chain and Operations, Customer Experience, Business Innovation, International Trade, Sustainability
• Experience in the following industries would be a plus:

• Retail
• Hospitality
• Service Industries
• Strong passion in mentoring students and has genuine concern for their holistic development.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Technologically savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools such as Power BI.
