Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Lecturer in Generative AI to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum on large language models, diffusion models, and prompt engineering. You will lead students through hands-on labs and projects to develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative models ethically and effectively.

Responsibilities: R

esponsibilities include developing and teaching cutting-edge modules on Transformer architectures, diffusion models, and generative AI workflows. The role involves designing hands-on labs focused on large language model (LLM) fine-tuning using tools like Hugging Face and the OpenAI API, as well as prompt engineering exercises. Educating students on key issues in AI ethics, including bias mitigation and responsible deployment, is another key responsibility of the role.


Practical instruction will incorporate tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain to give students real-world experience. The position also includes partnering with industry experts to showcase current generative AI applications, assessing student work with detailed feedback, maintaining academic records, and continuously updating course content to reflect the fast-evolving generative AI landscape.

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in generative AI models for candidates with a master's degree, or 5 years of experience for those with a bachelor's degree. ACLP certification is preferred. Hands-on proficiency with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API). Strong understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and governance. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills.

Salary:

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and education.
