This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Medical Doctor in the School of Health Sciences.

[What you will be working on] Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Plan, develop and conduct lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions for Diploma, Specialist and Advanced Diploma modules in at least two of the following areas:
• Human Biology
• Pharmacology
• Health Assessment
• Implement the latest ICT-enabled learning pedagogies and support the development of such tools.
• Support students\xe2\x80\x99 local and overseas programmes.

• Relevant qualification in medicine or equivalent
• Familiar with clinical practice at hospital wards and the teaching of the inter-relationship between normal body functioning and the underlying physiology, pathophysiological mechanism of diseases states and their pharmacological management is essential.
• At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in clinical and/or hospital setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Post- Graduate Diploma in Higher Education, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and/or Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE)
