Job Description

What the role is:

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Nursing in the School of Health Sciences.

What you will be working on:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Plan, develop and conduct lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions for Diploma, Specialist Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in at least two of the following areas:

- Mental Health Nursing

- Palliative Care Nursing

- Medical-surgical Nursing

- Community Health Nursing

- Paediatric Nursing

- Geriatric Nursing

- Nursing Research

- Pharmacology

Implement the latest ICT-enabled learning pedagogies and support the development of such tools.

What we are looking for:

Relevant qualification in nursing or equivalent

An advanced diploma in nursing in one specialized area

Registered Nurse with practicing certificate with the Singapore Nursing Board

At least 3 years\' post registration of experience in clinical supervision and teaching in a hospital and/or academic setting

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
