What the role is:Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Digital Solutions)What you will be working on:

• Design and develop digital solutions to solve identified complex challenges
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members to develop digital solutions such as web and mobile applications
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand user or system requirements
• Write well-designed, testable and efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create functional prototypes for users' review
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback
• Conduct training & workshop on areas of digital solutions
• Mentor students, staff and start-ups on digital solutioning
• Project management and other ad-hoc duties
• Take on and engage in collaborative initiatives in technological research, business innovation, industry project and consultancy work
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
• Train/mentor junior staff by providing technical guidance.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in suitable disciplines including Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Artificial Intelligence or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience as an application software developer or related field (e-commerce experience is a plus)
• Cross-platform application development capability
• Strong knowledge in no-code app builders
• A passion for building beautiful interfaces and user experiences that spark joy
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and you enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• Knowledge in native development (iOS or Android) is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems, AI and Machine Learning will be a huge plus
• Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
