Business and Management

Job Summary:

Develop strategies for teaching, learning and assessments according to programme requirements Develop and prepare course materials and assessments Grade assessments according to the standard of examination and academic boards quality assurance Supervise projects / dissertations Participate in assessment moderation panel and curriculum development activities Contribute to programme management and administrative duties as appropriate Counselling and consulting with students Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Deputy Academic Director/ Programme Heads

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a recognized bachelor / master's degree in the subject area or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related subject area(s) or related discipline(s) expertise in the assigned subjects ACTA or relevant teaching experience and qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills Dynamic, outgoing, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
