What you will be working on:

• Educate and Inspire: Deliver courses and modules, develop curriculum, assess courses, supervise projects/internships, mentor students, and provide comprehensive course advice.
• Lead and Collaborate: Represent and lead school committees, contribute to administrative tasks such as outreach, student recruitment, and project management, etc.
• Innovate and Connect: Identify new opportunities, initiatives, and collaborations with industry partners.
• Manage and Develop: Plan, lead, and manage projects or co-developed training courses with industry.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Backgroun Relevant qualification in Science/Engineering, Chemistry, or Biomedical Manufacturing related fields.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the biomedical manufacturing sector (pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical devices).
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge and workplace experience in at least three of the following areas:

• Workplace Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance & Process/Equipment Validation
• Quality assurance & Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in compliance to ISO17025
• Medical device design and validation in compliance to ISO13485
• Good Distribution Practice and/or sustainable cold chain supply & validation
• GxP project management & process optimisation
• Generic Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Advantageous Skills: Experience in workplace training, adult education, blended learning, tech-enabled teaching tools, and Project-based Learning.
