We\'re looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Paramedicine Lecturer. In this role, you\'ll guide students in pre-hospital emergency care by delivering lectures, practical demonstrations, and facilitating discussions. Using your experience in emergency medical services, you\'ll provide insights to prepare students for real-world challenges. As part of our team, you\'ll also contribute to curriculum development, design assessments, and stay updated on industry advancements. This role includes mentoring students during clinical placements and promoting values of professionalism and ethical conduct. • Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and facilitate discussions to impart theoretical knowledge in pre-hospital emergency care modules at the diploma and advanced diploma levels, with a particular focus on practical applications in both civilian and military contexts.
• Provide guidance and supervision for student projects and oversee their internship and clinical attachments.
• Provide mentorship to students, particularly during clinical placements and internships, to help them apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to the design and development of the paramedicine curriculum, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and advancements.
• Create assessments, tests, and practical evaluations to measure students\' understanding of paramedic concepts and their proficiency in applying skills.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in emergency medical services and incorporate current practices and technologies into the curriculum.
• Instil values of professionalism, ethical conduct, and compassion in future paramedics.
• Work with colleagues, industry professionals, and healthcare organizations to enhance the overall educational experience and relevance of the paramedicine program.
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development by staying informed about evolving medical practices, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies.

• Hold a relevant Paramedicine qualification and possess a Level 4 Paramedic Certification or equivalent. Consideration will also be given to qualifications from other fields or overseas paramedic programs.
• Showcase a minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Ambulance Services, demonstrating a practical understanding of real-world paramedic scenarios.
• Display strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey paramedic concepts and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and industry professionals, contributing to a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
