What the role is:Seeking a passionate and driven candidate in the field of Customer Experience / Customer Relationship Management (CX/CRM) who believes in empowering learners for work and life to join our team.What you will be working on:Responsibilities:Design and deliver diploma level lecturing & tutoring duties for both pre-employment training (PET) and continuing education and training (CET) and at Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) centres; teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars and E-Learning;Design, prepare and develop teaching and learning materials, coordinate and administer the delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX) and/or related customer analytics topics.Undertake and manage industry projects on market research, data analytics, customer experience and online (e.g. social media) and offline interactions.Guide learners in using relevant technical software applications in the respective fields of CX/CRM, and provide related consultancy services for the industry partners.Plan, coordinate and implement events, seminars immersion trips, alumni and other student activities such as webinar and career fair, study trip, alumni and student activities.Develop and guide learners in their holistic development and provide pastoral care and career guidance to learners.Coach and provide guidance to learners during their internship.What we are looking for:Requirements:- Relevant qualification in business studies.- At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas in Singapore:Social CRM / Online platforms engagementCustomer experience and stakeholder engagementCRM management and strategy developmentService processes and innovationCRM analyticsTech-enabled CRM / customer experience- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills, with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.- As this is an applied training environment, hands-on and field experience in relevant areas as well as willingness and ability to coach learners in the field is a must.- Experience in areas such as Omnichannel CX and/or AI-driven CX will be an added advantage.About Nanyang Polytechnic:Nanyang Polytechnic is committed to providing quality education and training to prepare our graduates for life and work, equipping them to contribute to the technological, economic and social development of Singapore.
