With a milling capacity of approximately 2.6 million tonnes per year, Gold Coin offers a wide range of products for both the Livestock and the Aqua industries, including young animals and hatchery feed.


Coverage: One Food Group (Pilmico, Abaqa and Gold Coin) This role will provide support to the General Counsel in the overseeing of the legal aspects of the business. The incumbent will be tasked with the responsibility of safeguarding the Group’s reputation by guaranteeing that the Group strictly follows the relevant law and regulations as applicable and shall provide legal advice to management about all relevant issues. The incumbent will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize the probability of exposures for the Group by providing accurate and timely counsel as required in a variety of legal topics (labour, partnerships, international ventures, corporate secretarial, corporate finance, tax etc) and shall be responsible for other tasks as is expected of a legal counsel in the areas of contract drafting, legal document preparation, legal research, and answering to internal and external legal queries. The incumbent must be able to conduct work with integrity and responsibility. The role will involve handling sensitive data and therefore pre-screening / vetting will be required. • Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree

• Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality. Good analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment and under high pressure is essential.
