Provide administrative support to the legal department (Disputes & Compliance team)
Compile evidence reports for use in litigation in foreign jurisdictions
Administer and maintain database for litigation intelligence
Duties include but not limited to data extraction, data entry, use of internal tools to analyze documents, filing, photocopying, preparing correspondence and scanning of documents
Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary
Other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
Proficient in AI tools or willing to learn
Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
Meticulous, organized and committed to delivering high-quality work
Able to manage a large amount of paperwork, multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
