Insight IPR Pte Ltd is a boutique consultancy firm which assists our clients with their intellectual property strategies and enforcement of rights throughout Asia. We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our clients portfolios and provide general office administrative support.
Job Scope includes:
Managing leads provided by clients;
Draftng and sending letters of demand and following-up with phone calls;
Data Entry and reporting to clients on the progress of their cases;
General office admin such as drafting invoices and record keeping.
You should possess the following skills:
Excel and basic accounting software;
Reasonably good command of written and spoken English.
Poly Grads are welcome
Have at least 1-2 years prior work experience in a law firm or as part of a in-house legal team.
