• Drive and lead various corporate matters, particularly in the areas of corporate finance, investment funds and project finance
• For dispute resolution, you will be representing clients in civil, commercial and family disputes spanning the full suite of dispute resolution options, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation
• Support the Senior Partners on legal research and drafting of documents

The Successful Applicant

• Law degree from a recognised university with at least 1-year PQE and admitted to the Singapore Bar as a qualified person under the Legal Profession Act
• Critical thinker and an avid problem solver, possess a zeal for life and the hunger to succeed
• Candidates with experience in cross-border transactions will have an advantage
