Scope of Work

You will be working primarily with our

Technology & Commercial Contracts team

, advising on a wide range of technology-related legal matters. This includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, licensing agreements, SaaS and cloud services agreements, and advising on regulatory and compliance issues related to data protection, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.


Our clients include multinational corporations, tech startups, government agencies, and SMEs across diverse industries, offering intellectually stimulating and impactful work.

Requirements

Qualified Singapore lawyer.

1-3 years PQE

, preferably with experience in technology law, commercial contracts, or data protection. More experienced candidates will be considered on a case by case basis. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented. A proactive team player who can also work independently. Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellence. Articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
