$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• To provide advice and support to management and staff on legal and compliance related areas, rules and regulations, Companys internal policies and procedures.
• To develop, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• To develop and periodically reviews and updates Standards of Conduct.
• Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
• To ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• To ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.
• Keeping abreast of changes to regulatory requirements and communicating changes internally to ensure established policies, procedures and processes are in compliance with new requirements.

Requirements

• Degree /Diploma in Law & Management, Legal Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experiences in legal or compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
