Legal Advisory Services: Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, employment law, intellectual property, corporate law, real estate, and regulatory compliance.
Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents relevant to specific client issues. Provide well-researched and accurate legal opinions.
Document Review and Drafting: Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, letters, and legal opinions. Ensure that documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Compliance Assessment: Assist clients in understanding and adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Develop compliance strategies, policies, and procedures as needed.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate legal risks associated with business decisions or contractual agreements and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Dispute Resolution: Offer guidance on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary. May provide support in preparing legal documents for court proceedings.
Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on legal matters, and explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Ethical and Professional Conduct: Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, including maintaining client confidentiality and avoiding conflicts of interest.
Requirements
Diploma in Law, LLB or similar legal qualification.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and understanding of contract law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
