Job Description

Axiom is looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and result-oriented IP Legal Consultant to join our growing team. The role will be based in Singapore and will be working with one of our F500 clients.

Responsibilities:

Management of intellectual property (IP) portfolio (patents, trademarks and design rights). Assist and support in corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of documents, coordination of signing / notarization / certification actions, when needed. Assist in the organization of key Legal & Compliance documents, such as internal policies. Provide guidance and advise to Legal and Compliance's vendors, especially external IP service providers, as well as handling the purchase requisition, ordering and payment processes. Assist in maintaining the budget and spending tracker of the Legal and Compliance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

3 to 10+ years working experience working on Intellectual Property Law. In-house legal or law firm experience is preferred. Candidate must be meticulous, sharp, analytical, resourceful and willing to learn. Good verbal and written communication skills.
