Job Description
:Our client is looking for a mid to senior level lawyer with strong IP/TMT experience to take on a 12-month contract (potentially extendable) to support its operations in the UAE.Our client is open to candidates providing support remotely from locations outside of the UAE provided that they are comfortable working Sundays to Thursdays of each week.Key Requirements:
- 5+ PQE lawyer with private practice training
- Experience doing non-contentious and contentious IP work including advising on brand protection matters, exploitation of IP, and trademark, copyright, domain name protection and disputes.
- The role will include reviewing marketing and advertising materials, advising on brand campaigns and any IP related matters for the business including commercial IP agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Some in house experience would be preferred.
