Job Description
A world-renowned Media and Tech company is looking to hire a Legal Contracts Negotiation Professional to join their Legal Department on a 10-months contract.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate legal terms & conditions for the firm\'s client base, covering a wide range of products and services
- Work closely with the Legal Counsels as and when required for escalations or modifications
- Respond to inquiries relating to contracts
- Protect the business from any legal risks
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Law
- Minimally 3-5 years of relevant working experience (i.e., contracts management, paralegal, legal executive)
- Experience negotiating customer or supplier contracts
- Mandarin proficiency - read and write
- Experience working in a financial services organisation will be ideal
