Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to construction matters.
Provide advice on contractual issues.
Identify and mitigate legal risks, offering strategies for risk management.
Assist in managing litigation or contentious matters.
Coordinate with external counsels.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations pertaining to construction transactions.
Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Law, LLB or similar legal qualification.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in construction/contract law and familiarity with standard forms of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA, LTA, REDAS, FIDIC, NEC, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
