Our client is a leading global semiconductor manufacturer who provide intelligent and energy-efficient products and solutions that power electronics. As a Dutch MNC, our client is also the largest European semiconductor contract manufacturing and design company, with revenue of more than US$16b recorded in 2022. The Singapore office was established more than 50 years ago, with the APAC HQ based in the central region of Singapore. They have grown to be a major player in serving the APAC market and is one of the fastest growing semiconductor market in the world.- Provide legal support to the business groups in the APAC region
- Review, draft, markup and negotiate contractual documents
- Assess legal risks to the business and ensure compliance with applicable laws and legislations
- Collaborate with various departments within the region including Legal and Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure contract review is consistent with company policies
- Provide training to internal organisation on various latest legal topics and issues
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor of Law degree in Singapore or Commonwealth jurisdictions with at least 4 years PQE
- Prior experience in a technology company with operations in APAC or law firms advising tech clients are preferred
- Excellent communication & organisational skills and solutions oriented
- Integrity, and strong sense of business ethics
