Our Client





Our client is a fast growing company within the EPC space and they are currently looking for an Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.


The Role


Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements relating to business units, including project development, C&I, EPC and O&M. Assist with contract drafting/vetting and negotiation across the various business units Perform other related duties as assigned
To Qualify


Degree in Law with minimum 5 years of experience in related field is required Excellent legal & contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail Excellent drafting capabilities and negotiation/ communication skills
