Responsible for independently facilitating various corporate transactions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Advise internal teams and external stakeholders, collaborate with legal experts, manage due diligence processes, and draft essential documentation. Also, engage in miscellaneous projects as assigned.

• Independently support diverse corporate transactions, notably mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Offer counsel to internal commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Manage interactions and collaboration with external legal experts.
• Oversee or conduct essential due diligence tasks.
• Prepare and finalize relevant documentation.
• Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned intermittently.

Experience Requirements :

• Min 8 years of PQE
• Relevant M&A experience in in-house or legal firms.
• Experience in negotiating transactions contracts & documents
• Performed due diligence drafting.
