Description
My client is a reputable insurer within the region. They are now looking to expand the team and will be looking for a contractor to join the team for 12 months. There may be opportunities for conversion to full-time.
Role:
As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice on all matters ranging from corporate commercial matters, claims, disputes, to insurance regulatory matters. As the firm is currently going through expansion, you might get the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving M&A, as well as digitalization matters (IP/IT)
Requirements:
You should have at least 3-5 years of post-qualified experience, coming from a corporate legal background. Ideally, you would have some experience in advising on insurance matters, even though this is not a hard requirement.
