Job Description

Our client is a leading financial services group with a growing regional presence. They are looking to add to their Legal team. The role will be a hybrid role as follows:-





a. Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders for corporate matters; and


b. Acting as Transaction Counsel supporting the group's regional structured finance business





The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with about 5 - 7 years PQE, and ideally someone with corporate finance, corporate and/ or banking and finance experience. Dynamic, an eye for details and with a strong commercial sense are critical attributes. He/she must be a strong team player.
