What the role is:
[What the role is] As part of EMA's legal team, you will provide advice and assistance to EMA's policy, regulatory, technical and line departments on a broad range of legal matters, including in relation to legislation, contracts, licensing and regulation, corporate/company law, intellectual property, enforcement, governance and compliance matters, among others.
You will be involved in the appointment of EMA's external legal panel, and instructing and managing EMA's external legal counsel, as well as liaising with the Attorney-General's Chambers on EMA's prosecution cases, legislation matters and for legal advice.
You will also be involved in reviewing internal legal and prosecution policies and processes regularly and managing the progress of prosecution cases according to timelines, as well as providing administrative support relating to legal matters.
Requirements:
?The candidate should possess a Degree in Law with relevant experience, and should have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in the energy sector, especially in the power and gas sectors, would be especially relevant.?
