Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
Coordinate with and advise other internal user departments on legal matters
Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
Handle the setting up of associates, subsidiaries, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation
Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
Degree in Law
4 to 7 years\' experience, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical, pro-active and independent
Willing to travel when required
