My Client is a reputable MNC in the energy and LNG space. They are looking to hire a Singapore Qualified maritime lawyer to advise on LNG supply agreements, charter party agreements and bunkering agreements. They possess best in class onboarding experience and are committed to the long term Singapore business.
You must:
- Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a reputable university
- Be called to the Singapore Bar or England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE
- Experience and knowledge of marine fuels and LNG products desirable
- Draft and negotiate all commercial agreements (SPA, trade supply agreements and ensure compliance with the firm\'s programs on economics sanctions and export control (Antibribery)
- Be able to work independently and in a team
